The quote starts with detail
Give quantities by garment size and colorway, with a size chart in cm or in and the measurement points clearly marked. Ask each supplier to return its proposed grading and measurement tolerance; a shared size letter does not establish a shared fit.
Request fiber content, fabric weight in gsm, construction and care instructions for the offered item. Descriptions such as breathable or durable need agreed evidence and conditions. A photograph or swatch from another style cannot establish the proposed jersey's performance.
List front, back and sleeve placements, name and number variations, and the requested decoration method. Separate digital proof approval from physical sample approval. Record whether artwork preparation, sample charges and replacement pieces belong to the quotation.
A lower per-piece figure may omit individual naming, labels or freight. Compare the same quantity basis, pack ratio, US destination and delivery scope, then record exclusions rather than treating missing charges as zero. The Quote Checklist keeps these decisions visible.
Separate player issue from supporter merchandise. Build a name, number, size and color list before seeking production terms. Identify spare pieces and how later additions should be quoted; repeat availability and color matching remain open questions.
Plan a size run and carton allocation for your sales channel. Confirm whether a quoted set includes shorts, socks or the jersey alone. The order quantity, labeling responsibility and delivery destination should follow the actual purchasing entity.

Tell us which fit, material or decoration decision the sample needs to resolve, how many pieces are required by size, where the order will go in the US and your target timing. Sample price and production lead time must be confirmed for the selected scope.
