Continue readingA sourcing article explains a method; it does not establish that an offered garment meets your requirement. Keep the product name, intended sport, size run, fabric weight and decoration scope beside the guidance. Record which questions remain unanswered and which document should resolve them.
When an article uses pieces, sets or cartons, apply the unit to your own request carefully. One set must have defined contents. A total quantity should reconcile with the size and colorway allocation. Planning arithmetic is not evidence of a supplier's MOQ or available stock.
Use a controlled size chart with units and measurement points. For decoration, name the artwork revision and give placement dimensions. Distinguish a digital proof from a physical sample: the proof can address visual layout, while the sample review should state the exact fit or construction decision it is intended to resolve.
Cost comparison needs the same currency, quantity basis and delivery scope. List sample charges, artwork work, pack ratio, labeling, freight and destination exclusions. Treat a missing line as pending. A per-piece price can be useful without representing a delivered total.
Any statement about material performance needs conditions and evidence for the proposed item. Related-style reports and photographs cannot establish the offered jersey's properties. Label questions require applicability review by the responsible parties; sourcing coordination is not product certification.
Prepare an optional budget with currency and a per-piece or whole-order basis. A supplier preference signals your priorities, while acceptable alternatives need your review. The Quote Checklist helps organize the comparison and the contact page collects the first requirement. Availability, samples and timing are subject to supplier confirmation.
