Quote Checklist
Resolve what football means in your request: association football or American football, player jersey or supporter garment, and jersey alone or a set. The word identifies a family; the construction and intended use define what suppliers should quote.
This is a buyer's comparison method, not a live price table. Keep a dated copy of the requirement and ask every supplier to identify any exceptions. A blank answer remains pending, rather than becoming an implied approval or a zero-cost line.

For example, a request for 40 jerseys and 40 shorts is 80 pieces or 40 defined sets. The quote must state its unit. This arithmetic is a planning example and establishes no MOQ, stock, price or production capacity. Follow the supplier-matching workflow when an offered alternative changes the specification.
Ask the supplier to identify the actual fabric, colorway and report sample where a performance statement is proposed. Request the test method, conditions and dated result. A related material report does not establish the offered jersey's colorfastness, durability or moisture performance. Required evidence must be agreed before acceptance.
A premium preference can prioritize customization and sample iterations, while a budget preference may accept fewer variants or simpler decoration. Compare the declared scope rather than assuming the higher price proves better quality. State currency and whether your target budget applies per piece or to the whole order.
Sample approval does not confirm availability for later reorders. A digital proof does not establish physical fit. Labeling or certification questions require item-specific review by the responsible parties. We coordinate sourcing; we do not issue product approvals or promise a fixed shipment date.
