Information you choose to provide

The form collects name, work email, company, optional phone and procurement requirements. Requirements may contain the intended sport, fiber content, fabric weight, size run, quantities, US destination, timing and artwork questions. Optional budget and supplier preferences are merged into the requirement text when the form is serialized. You do not need to provide an existing quotation.

Use of the request

Information is provided for sourcing follow-up, clarification of specifications and coordination of the questions in your brief. Give business information relevant to the purchase. Avoid sending payment details, sensitive personal information or a full player roster through the initial inquiry. The form does not offer an upload function; discuss artwork and other documents through the agreed follow-up route.

Supplier coordination

The display window is limited to seven days from the stored initial time. Refreshing, closing the notice or beginning another session does not reset that initial time. Browser settings or clearing site storage can affect stored preferences.

Keep your work email and request details accurate so that clarification can reach the appropriate person. Use the contact form to identify a previous request and explain any correction or handling question. Do not include unnecessary personal information merely to identify the request.

Service boundaries
